The judicial system has seen some significant changes after adopting the new technological system, data can be edited, discussed and conveyed to a many people with a lot of ease via the internet. The information is now readily available to many people who would have to look for it in libraries which is very tedious.

Cyber crimes and the dependency of computers is one aspect that has made law and justice more complex and hard to manoeuvre than normally, evidence can also be acted through animated programs to make it easier to decipher. For the illiterate or rather people with significantly less education, the judgement can be translated to words that can easily be understood right from the jury.

Since the law is hereditary some of the ways that it apply can be really ancient, reviewing the judicial system is not just a way of improving it but also a way of maintain law and order in these changing times. Last centurys problems and methods of solving them cannot be used to solve this centurys problems since they do not conform.
